Make memories at this pet friendly, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set and a swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake! This 2 bedroom suite shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. It has a small kitchen, narrow living room and a great porch overlooking the lake. Each of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed and its own full bathroom. In 2024, this suite got new appliances, paint, furniture, recessed lights and high speed wifi. Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guest 24 hours prior to check-in. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Your well behaved furry family members are welcome to join you on your vacation to The Boulders at Squam. We do require that pets be on a leash at all times when outside and that they are not allowed on the beach. Before leaving, guests are asked to wash dishes and dispose of trash in the dumpster that is located in the parking lot. Guests have access to all rooms within the suite. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on land and on the water. Use of The Boulders' kayaks and canoes are free during daylight hours, but please do not forget to use one of our life jackets while on the water! Please do not go under any buildings, in basements or in the garage. Guests should communicate with the host via the app. Guests must be 25 years of age to place reservation.

July 2024 5.00We loved our stay. We did have several issues during our stay but the owner, Kyle was quick to contact me and fix the issue. Actually he was the sweetest and most responsive AIRBNB owner I have dealt with, and we have rented many AIRBNB'S over the yrs. The Boulder's private beach was wonderful and we enjoyed swimming and hanging out. We used the canoe and the next day the kayaks. We did go fishing but caught nothing, saw some decent size fish chase our lures though. The first night we had a fire and decent wood and kindling was available close to the fire rings. We are already talking about going back!

June 2024 5.00We had an amazing stay at the Boulders for Laconia Bike week! We had suite 12 and our friends had suite 11, which meant we had a whole section just for us! If you are a bigger group, I recommend getting both suites. The host were nice and responsive, and also attentive to a mishap I had. I would consider coming back at boulders outside of Bike week and enjoy the outdoors! Thank you

May 2024 5.00Kyle & Erin were the perfect, onsite hosts. Beautiful lakefront spot, plenty of kayaks/sup’s & canoes available- close proximity to markets & downtown Meredith! Would highly recommend this place!!!
