This is a security deposit that is fully released 72 hours after checkout. If you have any questions regarding your upcoming stay, please let us know. Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. Most guests will receive a message at time of reservation, 2 days prior to check in and on the day prior to departure. The only other text messages will be if The Boulders LLC is responding to a guest inquiry that was initiated by the guest.
