Make memories at this pet friendly, 2 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set and a swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake! This 2 bedroom suite shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. It has a full bathroom, full kitchen, narrow living room and a great porch overlooking the lake. Each of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed. Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guest 24 hours prior to check-in. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Your well behaved furry family members are welcome to join you on your vacation to The Boulders at Squam. We do require that pets be on a leash at all times when outside and that they are not allowed on the beach. Before leaving, guests are asked to wash dishes and dispose of trash in the dumpster that is located in the parking lot. Guests have access to all rooms within the suite. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on land and on the water. Use of The Boulders' kayaks and canoes are free during daylight hours, but please do not forget to use one of our life jackets while on the water! Please do not go under any buildings, in basements or in the garage. Guests should communicate with the host via the app. Guests must be 25 years of age to place reservation.

October 2024 5.00I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The place was cozy, and I especially enjoyed the fireplace. The host was responsive and great to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

September 2024 3.00The major pro of this place is that it's right on the water. Waking up and having coffee in the sun room was beautiful. The places you'll spend most of your time there (couch, beds) were clean. We didn't use the kitchen but it also seemed clean. It was very easy getting there and the hosts gave us all needed info for check in way ahead of time. It's also conveniently close to town. The major con of this place is that the high price isn't justified by the quality. The quality of the place didn't match the price however. If this were closer to a $150-200 stay, it would've been fine. Upon sitting on a chair in the sun room, I almost cracked my head on the glass table because the seated wasn't properly affixed (I'm barely a buck so it wasn't me). A few clear shutters on the windows are missing and the walls and such don't seem to get cleaned often because there was noticeable dust and established spiderwebs. The shower curtain has dark mold on the bottom of it and it's very small.

June 2024 5.00I enjoyed my stay here at the Boulders. The owners were responsive when I had a question for them. My only complaint is one of the window shutters to the porch was broken so it let in some chilly air at night. The lake view is the seller here and having access to canoes and paddle boards is a great amenity to enjoy the space.

June 2024 5.00I can't say enough about how wonderful this place was. The property- upon arrival it is evident they are currently doing a lot of updates and upkeep to the property. ( But not that it was a bother could not even hear them working) The suite was larger than I thought. And yes it is older style with upgrades where needed . Loved the old with new. The beach was raked daily and plenty of places to relax by lake no matter if you wanted shade or sun. Plenty of activities to do and provided. Although rooms don't have AC the buildings are covered by huge pine trees . 80 degrees each day and never was room hot. The Hosts- what a sweet family. From the first correspondence you could tell they wanted me to have a great time. And then to have a personalized thank you card and flowers dropped off by their children was so thoughtful. Already planning another get away for a girls week away. A must stay for sure
