The Boulders at Squam: Moose Manor is a stand alone cabin with an amazing waterfront screen porch. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with a sandy beach and free use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, swing set and swim rafts. Walk 0.5 miles to the Squamside Beach Bar or Walter's Basin restaurant. 200 yards away is The Ice House Creamery with home made ice cream. See bears, bobcats & mountain lions 1 mile away at the Squam Lakes Science Center. A perfect place for your family to vacation! This cottage shares 2.3 acres with other cabins and suites on the property. This cottage has the best yard on the property. The 1 bedroom has two queen beds in addition to the queen sized pull out couch in the living room. Guests are asked to wash dishes and bring trash to the dumpster in the parking lot next to the yellow barn, when they depart. This rental does not allow pets. If you would like to bring your pet on vacation, please consider one of our pet friendly suites, which are suites 1, 3, 4, 9 and 12. Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guests 24 hours prior to check-in. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Guests have access to all rooms in the cottage. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on the land and on the water. The kayaks, canoes and paddle boards are free to use! Please do not go under any buildings, in any basements or in the garage. Thank you! September 2024 5.00We had a great overnight stay at Moose Manor. We had fun taking out the canoe on the lake and felt very cozy in the accommodations. We enjoyed eating at the Common Man nearby and played board games in the kitchen. The host was extremely kind returning my kiddos earbuds to us after they left them behind. We’d stay here again!

September 2024 5.00Kyle was amazing-- I needed his help TWICE and he was incredibly responsive. First, we needed to go into another unit to get replacement batteries for a remote in order to watch Sunday night football. He walked us through it. Then my son left his car keys and Kyle found and mailed then to us. Clinch. This place is gorgeous too! Thank you!
