Make memories at this newly renovated, pet friendly, 2 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set and swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake! This suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 2 were combined to make a larger suite. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and screened porch. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bunk bed. This suite shares 2.3 acres with other cabins and suites on the property. It is a natural setting so there is uneven ground, rocks and stairs on the property that may make it challenging to navigate for someone with mobility issues. At the end of the stay, guests are asked to wash all dishes and dispose of trash in the dumpster located next to the yellow barn in the parking lot. Your well behaved furry family members are welcome to join you in this pet friendly rental. We ask that pets are on a leash at all times when outside and that they are not to go on the beach. Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guests 24 hours prior to check-in. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Guests have full access to all rooms in the suite. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on land and on the water. Canoes and kayaks are available to use for free, during daylight hours. Please use one of our provided life jackets to avoid a ticket from marine patrol! Guests should communicate with the host via the app Guest placing reservation must be at least 25 years of age.

October 2024 5.00I absolutely loved my stay at The Boulders. It was perfect for our family with great family friendly activities right next door at the Science Center. The views from the porches were amazing and the beach and fire pits by the lake were great for evenings watching the moon rise!

September 2024 5.00It was a last minute booking and the owners were very responsive to my questions. The location right on the lake was wonderful. The place has 2 sceened porches with chairs so that we were able to sit and relax and enjoy the view. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We plan on booking again next summer and will definetly recommend the place to our friends.

August 2024 5.00Kyle was the perfect host. We had an issue getting in because of previous tenant. He handled it very well and made us comfortable while things got sorted. We needed up with a lovely stay and felt very much taken care of. Clean communication and a willingness to calmly address things was really helpful. Thanks to Kyle. We will return.

July 2024 5.00Perfect place with just what you need for 3 or 4 people! It is walking distance to town and right outside the screened porch is a great view of the lake. Awesome stay!
